Salary: $6,031.00 – $7,547.00 per month (minimum salary for new to state candidates).

Responsibilities The incumbent will perform a wide range of analytical, administrative, and operational support duties essential to the efficient functioning and effective management of the office. Responsibilities include:
Perform analytical and administrative support tasks for transportation engineering and project delivery.
Analyze situations, research, and utilize problem‑solving techniques to resolve complex administrative or governmental problems.
Prepare concise written and/or verbal responses to complex human resource related issues.
Adopt an effective course of action, reason logically and creatively, and consult with and advise administrators and other interested parties on subject matter within the area of assignment.
Minimum Requirements Knowledge of current business administration practices including personnel and fiscal management, purchasing, safety, organization, training, modern office methods, forms and equipment.
Ability to analyze problems and adopt an effective course of action, reason logically and creatively, and consult with and advise administrators.
License: Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle.
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required.
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be typed, no more than two pages in length, and 12‑point Arial font.
SOQ must be completed in accordance with the SOQ instructions below.

Describe knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the essential functions listed in the duty statement. Provide specific examples.
Describe proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and provide specific examples of how you have used them.
Describe experience collecting and analyzing data, and reporting findings effectively with all levels of management and staff orally, in writing, and with visual aids.
Describe experience working with multiple data sources simultaneously, and experience analyzing workload trends.
