$98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user hardware, across office and production environments.
Oversee and support critical manufacturing applications (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA) to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect proprietary data, intellectual property, and operational technology (OT) systems.
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and integrations for manufacturing processes.
Provide technical support and guidance to all employees, including production staff, to minimize operational downtime.
Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement for hardware, software, and services.
Ensure IT systems and practices comply with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and internal policies.
Recommended Qualifications
Experience managing IT infrastructure and operations within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Demonstrated understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence.
Strong background in IT project management, vendor management, and budget oversight.
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection pertinent to industrial environments.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) like SCADA or PLCs.
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or specific manufacturing-focused ERP modules (e.g., SAP PP/QM, Oracle EBS).
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, or digital transformation initiatives within a production environment.
Understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity best practices and compliance in an industrial setting.
