IT Analyst – Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa The IT Analyst will be responsible for handling all help desk-related activities. The role requires interacting with company users at all levels to provide prompt answers and assistance, and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has extreme attention to detail and strong communication skills across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for all colleague IT support requests for resort systems.
Utilize the IT ticketing system to manage and communicate resolution of support requests from colleagues and guests.
Schedule and perform regular software and hardware maintenance.
Test, document, and resolve conflicts with PC hardware and software.
Follow appropriate standards for PC configurations and software installations.
Prioritize daily and project tasks based on business needs and established service levels to meet deadlines.
Apply or assist in operating system patches, application updates, and approved corporate software tools.
Use corporate monitoring tools to keep all systems compliant with corporate/directive standards.
Manage network, network printing, and network technical resources.
Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
Consult with management and Corporate Technology Team to determine equipment requirements.
Identify and report any issues that may affect systems, and provide solutions for consideration and implementation.
Ensure company software, hardware, e‑mail, and internet policies are complied with.
Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades to management and Corporate Technology Team, including timeframes, cost estimates, and delivery schedules.

System administration experience.
Strong leadership and professionalism.
Proactive customer service and hospitality skills.

Detail orientation and a superior level of computer knowledge.
Education & Experience
2+ years of related IT experience.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
Computer/server hardware/OS experience preferred.
