Telecommunications Technician - Compri Consulting
Location: Thornton, CO. This is a long‑term contract opportunity, 100% onsite.

The Telecommunications Technician will provide support for the Mitel VoIP Telephone System as part of the Infrastructure Operations team. This is a hands‑on, field‑oriented role, involving installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and repair of voice systems and related components across multiple sites.
Typical responsibilities include:
Supporting and troubleshooting Mitel VoIP endpoints and services.
Basic telephone station troubleshooting.
Working in MDF/IDF spaces to install or replace voice‑related equipment.
Supporting related UPS and VoIP infrastructure components.
Coordinating with Network/Infrastructure staff as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have general experience with enterprise VoIP systems, preferably Mitel, and working knowledge of cabling and network infrastructure. Experience working in MDF/IDF environments and field sites, installing, configuring, troubleshooting/testing, and replacing devices is required. Good documentation and communication habits are essential.
