Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join a DoD program fully‑funded through 2028, supporting the Department of the Navy.
MUST HAVE COMPTIA SECURITY+ CERTIFICATION AND ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Responsibilities
Assist with IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, and other network devices
Help resolve connectivity, OS, Microsoft/Office, and Video Teleconference issues
Work directly with employees and officials to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Execute operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk
Meet service goals by opening and closing tickets, executing scripts, and answering calls
Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance
1+ year IT experience
Active IAT II certification: CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or equivalent/higher
Experience with troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and support for IT devices
Compensation & Benefits
Full standard benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Sick leave as required by law
Pay range: $50,000–55,000 per year
Shift: Night shift initially, with open schedules after a few months based on candidate preference.
