Transition Service Coordinator
at
Tampa Bay Girls Academy
in Tampa, Florida.
Tampa Bay Girls Academy – Secure is comprised of multiple co‑located residential commitment programs serving high‑risk and max‑risk female youth aged 12‑21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence‑based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

Responsibilities
Supervise a caseload of approx. 14‑24 clients including DOC clients and ROP Aftercare students.
Ensure program participation by providing transportation and support.
Document all contacts and submit weekly reports to the Transitional Services Manager.
Identify community contacts and resources for tracking and monitoring client progress.
Coordinate activities with other program staff and identify employment opportunities for clients.
Qualifications
BA/BS in a related field preferred.
At least one year of experience working with at‑risk juveniles and their families (or related experience).
Must be an eligible ROP driver with a current State Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
Strong knowledge of overall company operations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to pass a critical background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
