Epic Health Partners, LLC is expanding our team and seeking dedicated Recovery Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a structured, residential setting for substance use recovery. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and committed to encouraging independence and accountability without providing personal care.
Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor residents to ensure participation in daily routines and adherence to house rules
Encourage and redirect individuals to promote engagement and accountability
Support and observe the administration of medications
Promote a positive, safe, and recovery-focused environment
Assist with recreational and community-based activities
Document shift activities and maintain clear communication logs
Report behavioral or health concerns to supervisors
Support meal planning and preparation
Perform health and safety checksMaintain the cleanliness of shared program spaces
Be available for holiday shifts as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain – BLS not accepted)
Medication Administration Certification (or willingness to obtain within 7 days of hire)
Experience in substance use recovery, mental health, or human services (preferred)
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Current TB screening clearance
Strong communication, consistency, and interpersonal skills
Available Shifts
Full‑Time Days (12‑Hour Shifts)
Rotating weekdays and every other weekend
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Part‑Time / PRN
We are hiring PRN staff to provide coverage as needed for the following shift types:
Evening Shifts: Monday-Friday approximately 7pm-11pm
Weekend shifts: Variable hours (typically 4–8 hours depending on scheduled activities)
