Client Service Administrative Coordinator

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Client Service Administrative Coordinator.

What You Will Be Doing: You will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within a dynamic Trust Services environment, acting as a central communication hub. This role involves working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate onboarding activities and ongoing administrative tasks related to trust and investment management accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in support account setup and maintenance for trust and investment management accounts.
Communicate professionally with clients, branch teams, external professionals, and vendors as directed.
Support the review and processing of client bills and payments.
Handle client service requests such as address updates, document transfers, and distribution requests under guidance.
Collaborate with Trust Operations, Portfolio Managers, Trust Officers, and other internal teams to facilitate workflow and resolve issues.
Coordinate meetings, reconcile expenses, and manage inventory supplies.
Participate in assigned projects and initiatives across the Trust Services function.
Required Skills & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to generate reports.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting via phone and email.
Experience handling confidential and time-sensitive materials with professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in trust services or a related financial services field.
Familiarity with office management systems, bookkeeping, invoicing, and document management.
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies or equipment.
Pay: $13.55 - $19.35 /hr.
