Fee-for-service Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Specialist
In this role, you’ll empower children and youth to thrive—at home, in school, and in their communities.
As a PSR Specialist, you’ll provide hands‑on support and skill‑building to help them grow, cope, and succeed with minimal ongoing intervention.
What You’ll Do:
Work one‑on‑one with children and adolescents in their homes and communities
Teach and reinforce
social, emotional, and daily living skills
Provide support in managing challenges that affect a child or adolescent’s well‑being and independence
Help children rebuild essential social skills – communication, interpersonal skills, social etiquette and emotional regulation – to support developmentally appropriate functioning
Keep accurate, timely documentation of services
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
2+ years’ experience in children’s mental health, addiction, or foster care
Flexibility to conduct
home visits (evenings or weekends preferred)
Strong communication and time‑management skills
Ability to connect with diverse cultural and social groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and some familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
