Logistics Coordinator - Import/Export
Immediate Opportunity - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE! Great Woodlands area location to $29 hourly depending on experience 3+ month contract
This role assists with documentation preparation, communicates with suppliers, freight forwarders, and tolling partners, helping maintain regulatory compliance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Aid in issue resolution, manage tolling-related challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the efficiency of logistics, tolling transactions, and overall supply chain activities.
Assist in addressing import/export challenges, such as shipping delays, customs hold, and compliance concerns, under the guidance of senior team members.
Support the development of corrective actions to help prevent recurring issues in trade operations.
Help elevate import/export issues to the appropriate stakeholders and contribute to timely and effective solutions.
Identify and address tolling-related discrepancies in inventory, shipments, or documentation.
Coordinate with tolling partners to resolve delays, material shortages, or quality concerns.
Escalate complex tolling issues to senior team members while supporting troubleshooting efforts.
Must-Have Skills
Import/Export experience
Critical thinking/problem solving
SAP experience
