We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Operating Group as an Operations Analyst. In this role you will support the leadership with design and management of key performance objectives, management metrics dashboards, along with weekly and quarterly performance reviews. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, data business insights and wealth management analytics teams to drive data-informed decisions and support our advisor-first culture. What you’ll do: Performance Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with business intelligence teams to create, manage and operate dashboards and metrics for the Operating Group that elevate the level of insights for business units and executive leadership to operate and advance teams day to day. Support FTE Budget & Forecasting: Support leaders of the Operating group in the area of understanding talent management & recruiting cycles for an always-on hiring approach. Collaborating with corporate finance to modernize the workforce management tooling for more accurate and predictable need in hiring, expected turnover, regrettable attrition and annual budgeting by team. Advisor/Office Staff Training: Collaborate with advisor training, and continuous improvement teams to define metrics of success for office staff proficiency during first year with our firm. Recommending areas of concentration and ongoing depth of understanding trends and opportunities to improve so those teams can build a dynamic on-boarding journey, and management / reporting of the completion and competency. Employee Training: Collaborate with division leaders, and designated employee trainers to document, track and monitor completion and proficiency on the internal learning journey. Support with trends and areas of opportunity for those teams to build a complete and ongoing learning journey for every role of the Operating Group, that support career progression. Performance Management: Support the organization by management of the EOS performance management system for weekly and quarterly departmental goal reviews and strategic planning. Documentation & Communication: Document business requirements in Jira, including data definitions, descriptions, dimensions, and assumptions, to ensure clarity and alignment across teams. What You Bring: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Smartsheet. Strong technical writing and presenting skills. Ability to translate data and propose recommendations based on trends and insights, to various levels of staff and management. Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with data and business insights Data-Driven Decision Making (DDM) Platform Certificates : i.e., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau Internal Application Policy: Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
