Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement through project execution in manufacturing processes.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality standards (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and project management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS) or MES
Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 concepts
Experience with regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment (e.g., FDA, ISO 9001)
