Recommended Qualifications
PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
Demonstrated experience managing projects within a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality control principles.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems common in manufacturing.
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, including engineering, production, and operations.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Manufacturing)
Experience with automation and control systems (PLCs, SCADA)
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes within a manufacturing environment
