$85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives and new product introductions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across the manufacturing lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to production, supply chain, and operational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to manufacturing quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing waste.
Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced ERP modules (e.g., SAP PP/QM)
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing, automation)
Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP)
Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or supply chains
