Glass Flooring Systems (GFS) – Sparta, NJ Glass Flooring Systems (GFS) is a fast‑growing leader in architectural glass—designing and delivering high‑end walkable skylights, glass floors, and structural glass products nationwide. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Production & Logistics Coordinator who can help keep projects moving, shipments flowing, and production organized.
What You’ll Do Shipping & Logistics
Schedule and track all inbound/outbound freight
Communicate with carriers and customers
Ensure accurate documentation and on‑time delivery
Project Coordination
Manage shop drawings and customer approvals
Track production schedules
Work directly with the fabrication team to keep timelines on track
Inventory & Materials
Perform regular inventory checks
Monitor material usage
Keep production stocked and ready
General Operations Support
Assist with documentation, data entry, and communication
Support production workflow and help solve day‑to‑day challenges
What You Bring
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in logistics, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination is a plus, but not required— we will train the right person
