Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
As a Project Manager in Denver, CO you will have an opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team on meaningful, landmark projects in the Denver region. Qualifications Qualified candidate will have two (2) to ten (10) years of land development and/or public works experience, plus BSCE or the equivalent of five (5) years of total work experience.
Independent thought and decision‑making abilities
Possess management and supervisory skills
Be adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients, public agency personnel, and in‑house professional peers
Candidates Experience Will Include The Following
Supervision of engineering designers (including daily assignments of work, review of work, and quality control)
Management of project schedules and budgets
Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
Significant experience in client and public‑agency interactions
Required Design Experience Includes
Municipal streets
Drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewer
ADA‑compliant sidewalks
Other municipal infrastructure projects
Preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates
AutoCAD/Civil 3D Or CAD Experience Required Position generally requires extensive experience, demonstrated engineering abilities in all aspects of public works infrastructure projects, and in interacting comfortably and productively with clients and public agencies. A good driving record is a must.
