Assistant Project Manager

Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

As an Assistant Project Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada, you will guide the infrastructure needed for multi‑disciplinary teams on meaningful landmark projects in the West. Qualifications
BSCE degree
California Registration as a Professional Engineer
Minimum five (5) years of land development experience or the equivalent of ten (10) years of total work experience
Core Competencies
Independent thought and decision‑making abilities
People and project management skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with clients, public agency personnel, and in‑house peers
Candidate’s Experience
Supervision of engineering designers (daily assignments, review, quality control)
Management of project schedules and budgets
Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
Significant experience in client and public‑agency interactions
Candidate’s Technical Experience
Preliminary engineering design studies incorporating land use, zoning, site constraints, and regulatory issues
Preparation/processing of tentative tract maps, final subdivision map processes, public improvement plans, and site development plans for commercial and residential projects
Preparation and review of attendant hydrologic studies and drainage reports
AutoCAD/Civil 3D Experience Required Position requires extensive experience and demonstrated engineering abilities in all aspects of land development projects and comfortable interaction with clients and public agencies.
