$108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain management.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse production teams to achieve operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Experience implementing or managing automation and industrial robotics
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Prior experience managing operations in a unionized environment
