Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the manufacturing plant.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of improvement initiatives.
Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application throughout operations.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to solve complex operational problems and implement sustainable solutions.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in applying Lean principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM) and problem‑solving methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control.
Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
Bonus Qualifications
Master Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced Lean practitioner qualification.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Demonstrated experience integrating Continuous Improvement methodologies with Industry 4.0 initiatives, automation, or smart manufacturing technologies.
Background in other manufacturing functions such as Supply Chain, Engineering, or Quality.
