Roswell and Alpharetta Clinics Are you an experienced healthcare leader looking for a dynamic and fast‑paced environment to grow your career and manage several teams across various locations? CRH, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient‑focused operator of urgent care centers in the Atlanta metro area. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week from 8am‑8pm and provide walk‑in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and kids healthy.

Position Overview This position reports to the Senior Director of Operations. It is responsible for daily operations, enforcing policies and procedures, implementation and management of multiple urgent care centers, and coordination of administrative and clerical staff duties while ensuring an overall outstanding patient experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Assure the clinic is open and appropriately staffed during regularly scheduled hours and special events and that all facilities and equipment are available, operational, safe, and clean.

Select, train, supervise, and monitor quality and production levels of site staff.

Develop monthly staff schedules, review time and attendance reports, and provide input for payroll calculation.

Ensure the cash drawer is balanced by front desk staff and prepare daily bank deposits.

Confirm staff is adequately trained and equipped to perform their jobs.

Communicate and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Address performance and disciplinary issues.

Resolve and approve billing holds, financial refunds, and accounting corrections originating at the site.

Monitor supply inventories and ensure Clinic Coordinators order all supplies.

Interact with patients, review patient feedback, and address patient service issues.

Identify community marketing opportunities and engage staff in grassroots marketing.

Inspect and maintain records on facilities and equipment.

Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance and other vendor services.

Perform front‑end registration and/or clinical tasks as a back‑up in case of absence or high demand.

Key Requirements

College degree or equivalent.

At least 7 years of healthcare experience and at least 5 years of management experience or effectively equivalent, including multi‑clinic experience with 25+ staff.

Hands‑on clinical experience as a CMA or LPN is a plus.

Familiarity with medical billing systems and basic medical terminology.

Competent to perform front desk registration and medical assistant positions.

Complete training in HIPAA, basic medical coding, blood‑borne pathogens, and other clinical/administrative issues.

Proficient in training others in common PC applications including Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office.

Superior patient service skills to handle escalated issues.

Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate new and current staff.
