Customer Service Representative - Flooring Services

In the Customer Care Department, we work as a team to provide excellent customer service in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. As a company we continue to evolve so that we may effectively support not only our customers but our employee's as well.
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and assisting field supervisors and sales managers
Maintain accurate customer support tickets utilizing 3 programs
Facilitate clear and consistent communication between field supervisors, builders, homeowners, and internal teams
Provide timely and professional customer updates, escalating complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
Ensure all customer interactions meet and exceed company customer experience standards
Perform follow-ups with customers and team members
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma/GED/College required
Attention to detail and organizational skill s
Strong communication
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Fast learner and ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
Typing 35 WPM
Leadership qualities, including a sense of urgency, initiative, and lead by example mentality
