340b Pharmacy Compliance Analyst

Overview
FirstHealth seeks a 340b Compliance Analyst to aid our Pharmacy Team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
Navigate and anticipate numerous compliance and regulatory requirements within the health system's 340B program.
Work within various software platforms to ensure compliance.
Position will sit on the 340b Oversight and Governance Committee as well as other committees, as necessary.
Position to report to the Pharmacy Inventory Supervisor.
Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Assist all FirstHealth covered entities (and associated child sites) with 340b utilization and compliance-related issues.
Perform regular audits and other compliance related initiatives.
Perform regular reviews of purchase history and usage reports.
Maintain current split-billing software's medication database and data held within.
Submit appropriate data to external and internal customers on an as needed basis.
Ensures critical services are provided during inclement weather and disasters.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Required
Associates degree in business related areas or equivalent experience required.
Strong analytical skills
Above average familiarity with (and ability to use) Microsoft Office products.
Preferred
Experience in pharmacy supply chain management and/or 340b knowledge
Experience with split-billing software
Bachelor’s degree in business-related subject matter
Current 340B ACE Certification
