Job Description
OrthAlign, Inc., a Smart Technologies, growing medical device company, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Specialist in our Customer Service Department. This role is responsible for managing the sales order entry process for Delivered Order Forms (DOFs) and matching bill only purchase orders (POs). The Customer Service Specialist serves as the primary source to identify, flag, and resolve problematic DOFs and bill only POs. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for answering phone calls and checking voice messages, commission deductions, and light department reporting.
You Will:
Create Sales Orders to input all DOFs into Expandable
Identify problematic DOFs and work to resolve them
Match bill only POs to the correct DOF sales orders
Identify problematic bill only POs and work to resolve them
Process commission deduction transactions
Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and emails
Perform administrative functions on the computer throughout the workday
You Need:
Experience in a general office/business environment of at least 1 year Preferably a BS/BA degree Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Results-oriented with appropriate urgency and tenacious follow-up Ability to work as a collaborative team member as well as independently Excellent attention to detail, producing high quality output appropriate to broader context Flexibility and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks Sound judgment when making decisions and communicating with peers and management Knowledge and basic understanding of an ERP system (preferred) Basic math skills Good memory skills Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
