Customer Service & Sales Specialist
who is
exceptional with customers and confident on the phone
to join our Downtown Los Angeles team.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and proactively making calls to support sales and service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with confidence
Place and process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
Proactively call customers to follow up on orders, confirm details, and maintain relationships
Support sales efforts through consistent customer outreach and upselling when appropriate
Enter customer, order, and inventory data with high attention to detail
Assist with inventory updates and order tracking
Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure a positive experience
Qualifications
Prior experience in
clothing, fashion, or wholesale apparel
strongly preferred
Excellent phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable and motivated to make outbound customer calls daily
Customer-first mindset with a sales-oriented approach
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person office environment
