The best candidates will be self‑motivated, team oriented and excited to be a part of a rapidly growing business. You should strive to build lasting relationships, provide best‑in‑class service to the ISO partners, and problem solve. Key Tasks
Drive company growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and creating long‑term value Visit current and potential partner offices on a regular cadence Identify, assess, and solve current and potential problems by analyzing information, reports, and data Have a detailed understanding of Elite’s credit matrix, and processes for funding Manage exceptions and escalations as required, ensuring swift resolution Collaborate with internal teams to meet partner expectations and help facilitate the process of closing deals Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences Daily tracking of application submissions and contract submissions with an understanding of targeted look to book conversion Communicate regarding compliance issues and updates Ability to travel regularly to the Elite office in Kennesaw, GA Skills & Specifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills Critical thinker/problem solver Collaborative team operating style Customer oriented/strong relationship builder Works well under pressure High attention to detail and quality Enthusiastic, accountable with a strong sense of urgency Strong mathematical aptitude and detail oriented Proficient in required systems and software (Office, etc.) Education & Qualifications
3+ years business development experience, preferably in a financial services environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite BS/BA or equivalent education/experience Located in California, preferably the Los Angeles metro area Key Performance Indicators
