About The Role
We’re seeking a
Business Office Manager (BOM)
to lead daily business operations, including billing, payroll, and admissions support. This role ensures smooth financial processes and contributes to the overall success of our care team.
Full-Time | Day Shift | On-Site
Key Responsibilities
Oversee billing and collections for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
Manage resident trust accounts and respond to billing inquiries
Coordinate and process payroll accurately and on schedule
Maintain admissions paperwork and verify insurance information
Ensure accuracy in accounts receivable and collaborate with corporate billing teams
Supervise and support office staff to meet department goals
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide regular reports to leadership
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business preferred)
Minimum 2 years of business office experience in healthcare or long‑term care
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and insurance claims
Experience with accounts receivable and payroll systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare billing software (e.g., PointClickCare, MatrixCare)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Day shift (8‑hour shifts)
