Position Summary
Learning Program Manager provides oversight for daily operations of the Center for Learning and Performance, manages administrative support roles, and provides administrative assistance to the Nurse Executive Leader with the goal of advancing the mission of ECU Health. Reports to Nurse Executive Leader.
Responsibilities
Leads day‑to‑day business activities, optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
Manages resources and monitors supply chains to enhance productivity.
Leads budgetary analysis for cost centers, formulates monitoring and evaluating budgets, and makes recommendations regarding budget allocations.
Analyzes operational reports and makes recommendations for efficiency and contract negotiations.
Assesses financial data, creates forecasts, and provides insights to guide investment decisions.
Develops innovative solutions and strategies to align with organizational and department goals.
Monitors and reports services, performance measures and outcomes to recommend strategic improvements.
Minimum Requirements
BA or BS degree is required (or higher).
Preferred: MBA, MHA, MPH.
Expert level experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business acumen.
3 to 5 years of experience.
Pay Range $56,617.60 - $82,528.16
