Supply Chain Clerk II
Position Summary
Pick up and deliver various materials to required location.
Responsibilities
Performs all essential job functions detailed in Supply Chain Clerk I role.
Cross trained to stock / inventory all areas.
Education department certification for pallet jack operation.
Visual certification for pallet jack operation.
Trained and provided access to Par Excellence Par Vision features. Demonstrates expertise in Par Vision reports including PAR Recommendations, Critical Items, Low stock, Stockouts, Critical hits, and items without reference weights. Uses reports and information in Par Vision to make recommendations to clinical and supply chain leaders.
Basic Par Management training. Able to troubleshoot and reconcile issues.
Regional Facilities Additional Functions
Performs scanning functions into OnBase System.
Uses Microsoft Office in daily work.
Uses PeopleSoft by searching purchase orders, finding PS items, and assist with investigating reports.
Handles on demand transactions in Stockroom, answering phone calls and assisting customers by having the ability to use PeopleSoft and automated inventory system equipment to research products and purchases to find the customer what they need.
Maintains equipment utilized in department and automated inventory system stations in a manner that ensure safe, reliable operation.
Minimum Requirements High school diploma, GED, or Certificate of Completion (or higher) is required.
Some College Courses Preferred But Not Required 2.0 to 3.9 years service
Pay Range $16.00 - $22.86
