What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the execution and administration of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects
Oversee all phases of the project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
Lead and mentor project teams to ensure accountability and successful project outcomes
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare clear and concise reports that meet client requirements and communicate project information effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
12+ years of experience in Project Management within Utility, Construction, Engineering, or relevant fields
Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and serving as a firm/client liaison
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
Willingness to travel domestically approximately 10‑25% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
A BS in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a similar degree
PMP Certification is a plus
Engineering design experience is a plus
Knowledge or experience in construction/field operations
