Job Description Summary We are a world‑leading provider of jet engine overhaul services located in Arkansas. Our advanced technology engine services overhaul facility restores commercial and military jet engines to their fullest functionality, efficiency, and performance. You’ll work with teams in plasma, frame and wire spraying, polyurethane and sermetel painting, heat‑treating, brazing, and TIG welding. Our facility also houses a world‑class evaluation and testing plant that is FEDEC‑capable.
Role Overview As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee front‑line manufacturing employees on the 2nd shift to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You’ll plan, coordinate, and execute daily plant operations and mentor the team, working within standard procedures and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage front‑line manufacturing employees to ensure production goals are met.
Develop in‑depth knowledge of technical disciplines and apply expertise to execute policies and strategies.
Analyze and resolve problems quickly, using prior experience and technical skills.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and contribution to broader business goals.
Provide mentorship and informal guidance to new team members.
Conduct performance evaluations, set expectations, and drive employee growth.
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills, technical expertise, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. They excel in problem‑solving and are motivated to drive deadlines and schedules consistently.
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma / GED
Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing
Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead or supervisor in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to work overtime and rotate one weekend per month
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively
Established project management skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in complex situations
