District Maintenance Manager – Buckingham Companies
Buckingham is seeking an individual committed to the success of others, who employs stellar communication practices and builds trusting relationships. As the senior level maintenance professional, the District Maintenance Manager must be a pacesetter for customer service and commitment to innovative industry ideas.
Travel Approx. 75% travel to all Buckingham Managed Communities: IN, OH, KY, IL, CO, NC, GA, TN.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, budget, organize, and maintain the physical needs of assigned properties.
Perform repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment, and refurbishment of apartments.
Oversee additional maintenance team personnel and their responsibilities.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
Reliable transportation and availability for 24‑hour, on‑call maintenance on schedule.
Ownership of a smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).
