Perform all daily repairs and maintenance of apartment community, including HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment, and apartment refurbishment.
Qualifications:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently, reliable transportation, availability for 24‑hour on‑call maintenance schedule, possess owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement awarded). Demonstrated accountability, ownership, excellent time management and customer service skills.
