The Maintenance Technician maintains optimal resident experience, property performance, and presentation. Key responsibilities include daily repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment, and apartment refurbishment. The role also requires 24‑hour on‑call availability, reliable transportation, and ownership of a smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement provided).
Qualifications: • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently • Reliable transportation • 24‑hour on‑call availability • Owned smartphone device
