– Sam's Club Join Sam's Club in Spartanburg, SC as a Freight Flow Associate. The role involves operating forklifts, merchandising, customer service, and inventory management.
Base Pay Range $19.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and forklift equipment safely following company standards.
Load, unload, and move merchandise pallets and product inventory.
Maintain inventory flow, record accurate logs, and manage stock levels.
Provide member service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues.
Implement safety procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report hazards.
Support merchandising activities: stocking, rotating, and presenting merchandise per guidelines.
Assist with club pick-up orders, staging, and auditing accuracy.
Engage customers with technology services and product knowledge.
Help develop and mentor teammates, fostering belonging and teamwork.
Maintain company integrity and ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications
90 days of prior forklift experience and certification.
Ability to safely use pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service experience.
Retail experience.
Experience supervising a team.
