Role Summary
The
Program Coordinator
is responsible for managing assigned
emergent and reliability programs
from initiation through closeout. This role partners cross-functionally with
Asset Management, Construction & Maintenance, Work Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Finance
to ensure work is properly scoped, funded, scheduled, and executed.
The position monitors
cost, schedule, and performance , facilitates stakeholder meetings, escalates risks and issues, and ensures accurate reporting and system closeout. This is an
office-based, non-field role
supporting grid reliability and emergency work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate annual work plans, funding confirmation, and scope validation with program sponsors and stakeholders
Monitor program performance, budgets, and schedules; forecast results and escalate variances
Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly stakeholder, planning, and corrective action meetings
Integrate emergent and emergency work into active programs and track execution progress
Ensure work orders, as-builts, and system closeouts are completed accurately and on time
Identify process improvement opportunities and provide estimate variance feedback
Office / Hybrid role
No field work, PPE, physical labor, driving, or exposure to hazardous conditions
