Recruitment Specialist at Calculated Hire About the Role:
The Program Coordinator is accountable for the successful planning, execution, and closeout of assigned Emergent and SRP programs on an annual basis. This role partners cross‑functionally with Asset Management, Construction & Maintenance (C&M), Work Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver results on programs that do not require Engineering Design. Programs may span one or multiple regions and include high‑priority emergent and emergency work.
The Program Coordinator facilitates regular stakeholder meetings, tracks cost and schedule performance, forecasts outcomes, and escalates risks to ensure timely and successful program completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define annual work plans, confirm funding, scopes, and estimates
Partner with Asset Management, C&M, Work Management, and Transmission Finance to ensure reliability programs are properly budgeted, resourced, and set up to initiate work
Validate scopes of work and estimates and follow documented initiation processes
Coordinate with Asset Management, Project Management, Finance, Tech Support, and C&M to assess and propose annual funding for Emergent and Emergency work
Support prioritization and initiation of emergent and emergency work in alignment with established processes
Monitor program performance and provide regular progress, cost, and schedule variance reporting
Forecast budget and schedule results based on observed performance trends
Escalate risks, issues, and variances that could jeopardize program delivery or in‑service dates
Utilize reporting tools to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent status updates to sponsors, leadership, and execution teams
Coordinate with Work Management and C&M to integrate unplanned emergent work
Collaborate with Project Management on shared programs and provide feedback on estimate variances
Monitor work order completion to ensure timely and accurate As‑Built CUE completion
Ensure all systems are closed appropriately as assets are placed in service and ARC failures are resolved
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficiencies
Meetings & Coordination:
Participate in weekly planning meetings and Weekly Correctives calls
Participate in bi‑weekly meetings with Project Management
Coordinate bi‑weekly Routine Capital calls (including emergent and SRP non‑engineered work)
Coordinate annual work plan development meetings with all stakeholders
