Sr. Analyst, Contract Compliance – Diagnostic Solutions Job Description Summary

The Sr. Analyst, Contract Compliance – Diagnostic Solutions will report to the US DS Contracting Operations Director and partner with cross‑functional teams including contracting, sales, marketing, finance, analytics, and legal to design and implement forward‑looking compliance strategies that align with business growth objectives and evolving market dynamics. This position will leverage data‑driven insights, anticipate risks, inform decision‑making, and champion a culture of compliance excellence.

Responsibilities

Establish and oversee a proactive compliance governance framework and ensure rigorous and consistent application across all customer engagements.

Design and implement standardized communication protocols, such as non‑compliance notifications, shortfall warning letters, and pro‑forma invoices, to proactively support sales in resolving compliance issues.

Partner with sales and contracts to facilitate collaborative problem‑solving with customers, balancing compliance requirements with commercial objectives to drive sustainable business relationships and long‑term value creation.

Oversee the end‑to‑end non‑compliance settlement resolution process by establishing robust monitoring systems that ensure timely invoice generation, payment collection, and full process completion, thereby safeguarding revenue integrity and promoting operational excellence.

Develop and champion advanced analytics and performance measurement mechanisms to drive a culture of accountability and support executive reporting.

Analyze, evaluate and document end‑to‑end contract compliance measurement processes and recommend continuous improvements needed.

Qualifications Education & Experience

BS / BA required.

At least 2‑3 years of experience in understanding compliance contracts and relevant review processes in the medical device / pharma industry – could be inclusive of experience in Commercial Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Marketing, or Sales Operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and understand a large amount of data in MS Excel.

Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate data and information challenges and use networks to acquire relevant information.

Experience developing and implementing contract review and compliance strategies, analytic tools, and influencing others.

Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in a fast‑paced, challenging environment and manage multiple, oft‑competing priorities.

Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – and active listening skills.

Experience with continuous process improvements (a plus).

Understanding of pricing/analytics, contracting life cycle and related tools: SFDC, CPQ, CLM, SAP (a strong plus).

Basic knowledge of dashboarding tools, e.g., Power BI (a plus).
