What You’ll Be Doing

Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business, IT environment, and strategic goals.

Translate client needs into actionable service and product requirements.

Monitor client work, service calls, and documentation with precision and timeliness.

Collaborate across departments to create and maintain technology plans tailored to client needs.

Identify client trends and proactively develop strategies to address them.

Generate opportunities, prepare quotes, and track account activity.

What You’ll Need For This Position

Proven experience in client service and retention, ideally within IT or an MSP environment.

Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with business owners and stakeholders.

Technical curiosity and a drive to stay current on technological trends and business solutions.

Problem‑solving mindset and ability to tackle challenges.

Attention to detail in proposals, orders, and documentation.

Digital fluency: proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Critical thinking and ability to analyze client needs and develop strategic solutions.

Flexibility and willingness to travel overnight occasionally.

Compensation Estimated salary range: $40,000 – $60,000 per year with opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses. Compensation decisions account for experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location.
