What You’ll Be Doing
Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business, IT environment, and strategic goals.
Translate client needs into actionable service and product requirements.
Monitor client work, service calls, and documentation with precision and timeliness.
Collaborate across departments to create and maintain technology plans tailored to client needs.
Identify client trends and proactively develop strategies to address them.
Generate opportunities, prepare quotes, and track account activity.
What You’ll Need for This Position
Proven Experience: Success in client service and retention, ideally within IT or an MSP environment.
Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with business owners and key stakeholders.
Technical Curiosity: A drive to stay current on technological trends and business solutions.
Problem‑Solving Mindset: Enjoy tackling challenges.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in proposals, orders, and documentation.
Digital Fluency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze client needs and develop strategic solutions.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel overnight occasionally.

Compensation In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications / licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $40,000 – 60,000 with opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses.
