Order Fulfillment Operations Specialist

Verify the "Open Jobs Report," set priorities, coordinate order steps, field questions, track inventory, document shipments, and contribute insights during team huddles. Responsibilities
Own end-to-end order fulfillment—from intake through delivery confirmation. Maintain and update the "Open Jobs Report" for accuracy and timeliness. Track stock positions and support inventory control activities. Partner across teams (warehouse, purchasing, customer support, logistics) to improve flow. Respond to customer inquiries relayed by internal Account Managers and resolve issues. Record and reconcile shipment and order data with precision. Share performance updates and propose improvements in regular team meetings. Qualifications
Hands‑on experience in fulfillment, logistics, or a closely related operations role. Exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow‑through. Clear, professional communication and collaborative mindset. Comfort working independently while contributing to a team environment. Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work overtime when business needs arise. Preferred Skills
