What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and enhance maintenance and service contract offerings to meet customer needs and drive growth
Lead contract administration, including setup, negotiation, and successful implementation
Conduct regular contract reviews with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance and satisfaction
Optimize and maintain quote models and pricing tools for accuracy and efficiency
Analyze and report key program metrics, costs, and trends to leadership for strategic decision‑making
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in program management, product management, sales, aftermarket, and/or customer service, or Associate Degree with 5 years of experience in the same fields
Strong presentation skills and great attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn and multitask
Enthusiasm toward and ability to solve problems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including fluency with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Salesforce
Experience in transport refrigeration & fleet maintenance
Additional problem‑solving skills
Strong multitasking abilities
Proven capability to create impactful support tools for training purposes
