What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage a small book of business while providing program management support for strategic accounts

Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and service delivery throughout the contract lifecycle

Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue retention and growth

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to create campaigns that promote telenutrition adoption

Analyze data and report on ROI and clinical metrics to demonstrate value to clients

What is Required (Qualifications):

10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare services, or clinical services in a client‑facing role

Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics and growing a book of business

Experience with executive‑level clients and navigating complex contracting processes

Strong understanding of health insurance and health systems

Ability to analyze clinical outcomes and marketing data for campaign development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a startup or small company environment

Knowledge of telehealth, wellness, or nutrition sectors

Familiarity with marketing agencies and cross‑functional team collaboration

Demonstrated history of successful upselling and contract renewals

Ability to align multiple stakeholders to drive strategic decisions
