This role supports the Director of Retail Banking in driving sales, service, and operational excellence across all retail branches. The Branch Administration Specialist oversees two direct reports: the Retail Division Trainer and Internal Call Center Representative, and plays a critical part in equipping branch leaders and frontline teams with tools, insights, and guidance to achieve an exceptional customer experience and accomplish organizational goals. Responsibilities include:
Implement sales and service management initiatives, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Track marketing campaign results, service-to-sales activities, and business development initiatives to maximize customer engagement and growth.
Develop and distribute tools, job aids, training materials, and resources for branch managers, personal bankers, and tellers to reinforce sales and service standards.
Develop, document, and communicate written policies and procedures for retail banking teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational integrity.
Maintain and enhance branch scorecards and action plans.
Generate ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior leadership, including trending insights and benchmarking.
Prepare and aid in the development of presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials for division leadership, managers, and executive audiences.
Serve as a resource for branch managers and assistant branch managers by providing progress updates on division and branch goals, objectives, and key performance measures.
Support communication efforts between the retail division and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
