What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow and playbook for success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns.
Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, maximizing team productivity.
Promote the core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
Help team members grow and develop in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
Team Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
Strong customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort with learning and training handheld scanners or counting tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required.
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements, if needed.
Access to reliable transportation.

Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, and stay active during shifts. It involves repetitive use of hands and wrists, occasional ladder use, lifting items up to 25 lbs., and frequent travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
