Retail Supervisor – Inventory Salary:

$18.75 – $22.00 per hour.

What You Will Do

Coach and train inventory associates, ensuring accuracy.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow playbook.

Lead and engage team, resolve event‑related concerns, and support directives from area or district managers.

Drive operational excellence by maximizing productivity and team engagement.

Uphold WIS core values of service, pride, integrity, results, innovation, and teamwork in a safe, inclusive environment.

Act as the face of the organization, representing WIS values.

Team Requirements

At least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years experience as an inventory associate or similar role.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.

Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.

Flexible schedule willingness; ability to work varied hours.

Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.

Learn and train with handheld scanners/count tools.

Detail oriented, reliable attendance.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Access to reliable transportation.

Will submit to pre‑employment investigative report, drug screen, and meet driver requirements if needed.

Working Conditions This position requires prolonged standing, walking, repetitive motions, squatting/crouching, use of ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasional travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
