Retail Supervisor – Inventory
WIS International is looking for a Retail Supervisor – Inventory to lead and coach Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy and consistency in inventory management.

Hourly Rate:
$19.00 – $24.00 (based on comparable positions)

Part-time (flexible, varied hours)

Wayne, NJ
Key Responsibilities
Coach and train Inventory Associates on accuracy
Follow a clear, consistent workflow and playbook for success
Lead and engage, serving as primary contact for resolving event-related concerns and executing directives from Area or District Manager
Uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a safe and inclusive environment
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, stand, walk, remain active during shifts
Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools
Strong focus and attention to detail, reliable attendance, positive team attitude
Access to reliable transportation
Willing to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements if required
