This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing timely updates on orders. Responsibilities
Handle customer support inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
Provide timely and detailed order updates, shipping information, and tracking details
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly
Manage the customer experience by delivering excellent communication throughout the order lifecycle
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within internal systems
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Support or Customer Service is required
Strong customer satisfaction and customer experience skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
Experience in a customer-facing role is required
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using QuickBooks preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities independently
