Essential Functions
Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives that directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management; oversee scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations; determine and justify needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitor usage, and oversee proper working order and/or stock supplies.
How You'll Contribute Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.
