Salary Range:
$83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Develop and implement materials planning strategies to support production schedules.
Oversee supplier relationships and performance for critical materials.
Analyze material forecasts and collaborate with procurement for timely supply.
Drive cost reduction initiatives related to material sourcing, storage, and waste.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements for all materials.
Lead, mentor, and develop the materials management team.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory planning, procurement, and production scheduling.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills with a track record of optimizing inventory levels and supplier performance.
In-depth understanding of inventory control principles, logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing processes.
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with international sourcing and global logistics
