Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive projects to successful completion, often involving new product introduction or process improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
Familiarity with CAD software or PLM systems (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Teamcenter)
Experience with specific manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, injection molding, assembly automation)
